With all eyes on the UK for the Royal Wedding, we wanted to look at what people are using to get ready for warmer days ahead.

Many top non-surgical cosmetic treatments resonate with people on both sides of the pond, including injectable fillers, toxins like Botox and non-surgical fat reductions — all treatments that can help anyone get event ready and are common requests before weddings. In fact, injectable fillers are No. 1 in both the U.S., with 1.2M sessions on RealSelf, and the UK, with 262,000 sessions.

Below, see the top researched treatments on RealSelf for the months December 2017 to February 2018, the perfect season to embrace a new you and get treatments to be ready for spring and summer.

However, the top priorities change for both after that. In the U.S., the second most researched procedure is non-surgical fat reduction, like CoolSculpting and SculpSure (1.18M sessions), followed by toxins (881,000 sessions), like Botox, Dysport or Xeomin.

In the UK, people are researching hair restoration (189,000 sessions) and then toxins (179,000 sessions) at Nos. 2 and 3 respectively.

Where do we differ? Most cosmetic treatments requested in these top 10 lists are the same, except for non-surgical skin tightening (406,000 sessions), which makes No. 9 in the U.S. and doesn’t make the list for the UK. In the UK, people researching mole removal (57,000 sessions) made the list, when that didn’t crack the top 10 in the U.S.
